Is Omaxe India Trade Centre's daily experience worth it?

Already have a home loan for my 2BHK in Sector 75, thinking of upgrading to a 3BHK. Looking at Omaxe India Trade Centre. Is the price jump really worth it for the daily experience? Heard mixed things about promised amenities versus actual delivery. How's the elevator situation there? Are they well-maintained, or always breaking down? Also, for power backup, is it full flat or just common areas? My current place struggles badly with this, tbh. Just want to know if the premium means genuine improvements.
