Is Panchsheel Hynish T8/T9 actually good for families?

Panchsheel Hynish Phase 1 T8/T9 – my wife and I are checking out a 3BHK here. With kids' school admissions coming up, we need a genuinely livable space. What's the daily experience like? Is the neighborhood safe and are good schools really nearby? Also, are the amenities actually useful, or just on paper? We want a friendly community vibe, not an isolated one. Any thoughts on carpet area efficiency or noise levels from current residents? Is it truly a good home for a growing family?
