Been looking for 8 months. Paradise Enclave looks okay, but how's actual daily life? Noise, air quality, schools? My parents keep saying location is key. Is it genuinely livable?

Paradise Enclave? Naam toh accha hai, but iska status 'null' dikha raha hai. Kya matlab hai iska? RERA registered bhi hai ya nahi? I've seen projects near Mullanpur Garibdass that were stuck for years. Parents are right, location is key, but security and approvals are even more critical.
Bhai, 'null' status ka matlab hai it's likely still under approval or maybe not even applied for RERA yet. That's a huge risk. For Mullanpur Garibdass, I know a few projects are RERA registered, so why not Paradise Enclave? Stay away until RERA is clear.
