Is Paramount 63A genuinely good for daily living?
₹35,000 rent every month – fed up of this cycle, honestly. Landlord increased it again, so I'm finally taking the plunge into home ownership. I'm looking at Paramount Luxury Floor 63A, the completed one, price around ₹2.65-2.75 Cr. Site visit pe toh sab sahi lagta hai, but actual daily life experience kaisa hai wahan? I'm worried about carpet area efficiency; sometimes the super area looks big but andar se cramped feel hota hai. Also, neighbourhood vibe aur convenience kitna hai? Schools and markets kitne paas hain? My biggest concern is the genuine livability, not just the brochure pictures. Kya floor plan practical hai families ke liye? And any hidden issues with noise or air quality? I’ve heard about checking OC/CC thoroughly, not just RERA. Koi aur tips for these completed projects? Hope this helps someone.

Yaar, I almost booked a flat with them a few years back, not 63A but another project nearby towards Badshahpur. The sales team was very pushy. My friend who lives near Airport Road (Gurgaon side) said that area gets quite
Totally get your frustration with rent, bro! It's a never-ending cycle. Looking at completed projects like Paramount 63A is a smart move, at least you know what you're getting. But your point about carpet area efficiency is super valid. Builders often inflate super area. For 2.7 Cr, you should get proper space, not just fancy exteriors. Also, 8 units hi hain total, so community size is very small, which can be good or bad depending on your preference. Have you checked if any resale units are available? Sometimes they offer better deals.
Bhai, 2.7 Cr for Paramount 63A? Itna budget hai toh aur options bhi dekh lo. I've heard mixed reviews about this builder, especially their after-sales. Completed project hai toh thoda negotiate kar paoge, but still, check the actual build quality very thoroughly. Price thoda high nahi lag raha for what they offer?
