Is Pari Chowk Greater Noida pricing peaking?

Has anyone tracked prices in Pari Chowk Greater Noida lately? My kids have moved out, so we're selling our big house. We need a smaller, manageable 2BHK with an elevator and low maintenance. Looking at areas like Malakpur Village, prices seem to have jumped quite a bit in the last year or two. Honestly, not sure if this is the peak. Is it worth buying now or should I wait a bit? Any thoughts on whether prices will stabilize or drop? Also, proximity to a good hospital is a must for us.
