Is parking truly reserved in new Rajkot flats?
Parking allocation is a constant headache in these new Rajkot projects, honestly. My kids have moved out, so we finally sold our big house near Kalawad Road. Now looking for a manageable 2BHK. Ansal Aastha Mig Zone ka brochure dekh ke laga sab set hai, but I'm worried about practical issues. Builder ne toh ek reserved spot ka promise kiya tha, par suna hai wahan bhi visitors ki gaadiyan khadi rehti hain. Kya fayda itni badi society ka agar khud ki gaadi park karne ki jagah na mile? Basement parking ka kya scene hai wahan? Aur guests aaye toh kahan park karenge? Builders bas brochure mein dikha dete hain sab, actual mein bohot problem hoti hai. Maintenance charges bhi lete hain itne, par parking management zero. Anyone living in Ansal Aastha ya nearby societies, what's your experience? Kaise manage karte ho ye sab?
