Did some research on Planner N Maker PNM Homes 1 this week. Honestly, fed up of renting and want to finally put my money into an asset. I'm looking at it purely from an investment POV. What's the builder's track record for project delivery in New Delhi? Are their other projects usually on time? Also, anyone have insights on capital appreciation here? Not sure how liquid the resale market actually is for these units. Worried about getting stuck if I need to exit in a few years. Any investor experiences?
