Just moved into my 3BHK in Bellandur last month, got possession in March. It's a Prestige project, and honestly, the finishing issues are a bit much. Small plaster cracks showing up already, and the customer support after handover is super slow. Trying to get them to fix some seepage in the balcony, but it's a nightmare. Also, the post-possession maintenance charges feel really high, like ₹8000 a month for a 3BHK. Friends who bought Sobha in Sarjapur and Brigade in Yelahanka also complain about similar things, but maybe not this bad? What's your experience with Prestige, Sobha, or Brigade after moving in? Did anyone have a smoother post-possession experience with any of these big names? Is this just how it is in Bengaluru with new flats?

Yaar, totally relate! I'm still waiting for my possession in Akshayanagar, but hearing this from Prestige, it's making me so nervous. Seems like sabki yahi kahani hai.
