Did a site visit to Adani M2k in Sector 53 last week. Prices are up quite a bit from their pre-launch. I'm trying to figure if pre-launch buying is always the smartest play for ROI here. From my experience, those initial discounts can get eaten by delays or revised charges. Are there still genuine price-correction zones or underpriced assets around Dwarka Expressway, or is it mostly about timing the pre-launch entry perfectly? What's your take?

Lagta hai sirf bade investors ke liye hi hai, hum jaise first-time buyers ke liye toh bas disappointment hi hai. Kya sach mein koi genuine value for money option bacha hai Gurgaon mein?
