Kya pre-launch pricing sach mein worth it hoti hai Gurgaon mein? JSS Realty And Construction ke project dekhe the Sector 89A mein, 3BHK ke liye around ₹1.8 Cr. Builder bol raha tha pre-launch mein discounts mile the, but ab toh price upar hai. Matlab, early bird ka benefit actually milta hai kya? Ya sirf FOMO create karte hain? Also, yeh floor-rise premium aur PLC ka kya scene hai? Is it really justified for a slightly better view? Not sure if these add-ons are worth the extra lakhs. Aur spot discounts, woh kitne real hote hain? Kabhi builder bolta no negotiation, phir end mein kuch offer kar dete hain. Experience share karo please.
