Is pre-launch pricing in Noida Extension a real deal?

Not proud of this but I almost got duped by a pre-launch scheme for a 3BHK in Noida Extension. Currently in a 2BHK, I'm eyeing an upgrade, maybe near Alpha II. Builders like Paras Buildtech offer these 'early bird' discounts. But is pre-launch pricing actually better than waiting? Sometimes I feel like the super area looks good initially, but later they add so many PLCs and other hidden charges. What's your experience? Should I wait for RTM or jump on pre-launch for better value, keeping Jewar Airport growth in mind?
