Was supposed to finalise a Pune investment last month, but this pre-launch hype is confusing. Everyone glorifies pre-launch discounts for Marvel Realtors in Ganesh Nagar, but I think it's just a trap. Builder super area dikha ke inflate karte hain, phir hidden charges possession pe nikal aate hain. Is it really cheaper than ready property? Change my mind.

Totally agree. Pre-launch seems like a trick to lock in buyers early.
