Not proud of this but I almost got duped by a pre-launch scheme. Fed up of renting, I'm eyeing a 2BHK in Knowledge Park 3, maybe Anant Associates. Initial quote seemed okay, around ₹70L, but yaar, then came stamp duty, PLC, parking, and OC. Mera pura investment calculation hil gaya. Is pre-launch pricing actually better for ROI ya bas hype hai? Matlab, kitna extra lag jata hai total all-in cost mein for a 2BHK around ₹80L? Any hidden charges I should specifically ask about before finalising? Want to avoid surprises.
