Is pre-launch pricing truly a discount in Rajkot?
₹75 lakh for a 2BHK near Kalawad Road, that's what a builder quoted me for a pre-launch project last year. Now, I'm seeing similar projects, even from reputed builders like Maruti or Balaji, open-market mein almost same price par mil rahe hain. Matlab, where's the actual early-bird discount gone? My experience from other cities hai ki sometimes initial phases mein jo rate milta hai, by the time project complete hota hai, market price usse zyada inflate nahi hota. I was looking at Ansal API's Krishna Kunj a while back, they had pre-launch offers. Honestly, not sure agar tab invest karna better hota. Has anyone actually seen significant ROI from pre-launch property in Rajkot, especially with AIIMS and airport development? Or is it just a psychological play? I'm always looking for underpriced assets, but pre-launch mein project delays ka risk bhi toh hai.
