Since last year, I'm analyzing Pune projects. Hiranandani Wanowrie mein pre-launch deals ka actual ROI kya rehta hai? CLP vs DP plan mein leverage aur total cost kahan kam padti hai? Experiences please.

Hiranandani Wanowrie mein pre-launch? Bhai, be very careful. Aksar jo initial discounts dikhte hain, woh construction delays ya hidden charges mein adjust ho jaate hain. Plus, RERA compliance check kiya hai kya? Kya guarantee hai ki time pe possession milega?

Totally agree with you! Mera friend Ambegaon mein ek project mein phasa hai, pre-launch mein liya tha 3 saal pehle. Abhi tak possession nahi mila, aur builder ne prices badha diye hain
