Is Premium Builders corridor worth the hype for living?

Premium Builders corridor ka hype sabko pata hai, but ground reality alag hai. I work in real estate, but buying for myself wahan has been tough. Builders ki marketing aur actual site mein bohot farak hai, yaar. What's the real scene with traffic during peak hours around those projects? Amenities jo dikhate hain, woh functional hain kya? Water supply, maintenance charges, ya koi hidden issues jo brochures mein nahi hote? Any residents from there, please share your honest experience. Is it worth the premium?
