Is Prestige City a good resale bet for investors?

Since January I've been shortlisting flats in this city, eyeing Prestige City for an investment. I'm based in Dubai, so can't do a site inspection myself, which is tough. My main concern is resale liquidity. Is there an active secondary market there, or does it feel like a 'ghost society' with too many investors? Also, what's Prestige's delivery track record like for similar large-scale projects? I need to rely on a property manager, so timely possession and legal clarity are key for me, tbh. Any firsthand experiences on exit strategy or investor ratio would be super helpful.
