Keya Homes, like Keya Life By The Lake, might be smaller, but their construction quality often feels more consistent, less rushed. I'm talking about actual plaster cracks and seepage issues post-possession at Prestige properties, not just minor finishes. Also, customer support post-booking with Prestige can feel like a black hole sometimes. Are we just paying a premium for the brand name, expecting delays and then having to chase for updates?
