Is Prithvi East Avenue Grand genuinely livable?
Since January I've been shortlisting flats in this city, and it's exhausting. I'm so fed up of renting, landlord raised rent again, so finally taking the plunge. My budget is around 60L for a 2BHK. I checked out Prithvi East Avenue Grand and okay, I'll say what no one says: the carpet area felt tiny compared to the super area. Are these layouts genuinely efficient for daily living, or is it just good on paper? Honestly, where do you even put a proper dining table or enough storage without it feeling cramped? I need a real home, not just an asset. Also, what's the actual society vibe there? Is it friendly, or does everyone just keep to themselves? I don't want to feel isolated. Disagree? Tell me why.

Yaar, Prithvi East Avenue Grand mein carpet area ka issue toh hai. Mere friend ne bhi dekha tha, bol raha tha super area dikha ke phasaate hain. 60L mein 2BHK ke liye options bahut limited hain, aur upar se aise layouts. Society vibe ka toh pata nahi, par space toh compromise lag raha hai.
Exactly, U2! Main bhi isiliye Prithvi East Avenue Grand consider nahi kar paya. 2BHK mein agar living
