Is Pushpak Society truly investor-friendly for NRIs?

New Chandigarh's projects keep popping up on my radar here in Dubai. Everyone glorifies Reputed Builder's Pushpak Society for investment, but no one talks about their RERA compliance history. Uppal Marble Arch seems more end-user focused. Honestly, for an NRI looking for clean papers and potential rental income without constant headaches, which builder actually stands up to scrutiny? I can't do site visits. Is one genuinely better for long-term investment or just for residents? Change my mind.
