Are the floor plans at Raheja Winterwoods as practical as they seem for growing families? I'm looking at a 3BHK there, upgrading for my kids. On paper, the carpet area looks decent, but sometimes layouts waste so much space, you know? My wife's priority is genuinely usable rooms, not just fancy balconies. Also, what's the real scene with schools nearby? Is it safe for children to play outside the complex? Any tips on checking actual usable space during site visits, beyond just the brochure numbers?

Yaar, exactly my thoughts! On paper sab accha lagta hai, but actual space kitna usable hai, wohi dekhna hai. Balconies ka size badha ke carpet area toh dikha dete hain.
