Is Ramky One North actually worth the price tag for daily living?

Is Ramky One North actually worth the price tag for daily living? I'm currently in a 2BHK and thinking of upgrading to a 3BHK, but their brochure promises seem too good. Honestly, I'm worried about amenities being just showpieces. Are the pools and gym actually maintained well, or is it like some societies where half the stuff is broken and nobody cares? Also, what's the community vibe like there? Looking for a genuine home, not just an investment, and wondering if the price jump is justified.
