Is ready-to-move total cost clearer in Noida Extension?
Noida Extension – I'm so fed up of renting, landlord ne phir rent badha diya. Finally taking the plunge, EMI vs rent math ab sahi lag raha. Everyone glorifies the 'lower' advertised rates for under-construction projects like Vardhman Eta Residency, but nobody talks about the total cost. Matlab, builder sales team base price batayegi, but what about PLC, car parking, club charges, stamp duty, registration, aur interiors? It all adds up to a huge difference. I'm looking at Vardhman Eta Residency, but also Property Neelkanth Apartment since it's completed. At least with Neelkanth, what you see is what you get, right? No hidden surprises? Also, does Vardhman Eta give better carpet area efficiency ya sirf fancy layouts hain? I'm worried about wasted space. Change my mind – is an ongoing project actually cheaper in the long run after all these hidden costs?
