Viridian ka carpet area efficient lag raha hai, yeh point important hai. Ready mein aksar super built-up pe hi focus karte hain builders. Koi actual carpet area comparison bata sakta hai
Mujhe toh ab under-construction se darr lagta hai. Pata hai kitne projects delay ho rahe hain Gurugram mein? Mera friend ka ek project Airport Road ke paas tha, 3 saal delay ho gaya, rent bhi bhara aur EMI bhi. Primrose ready hai toh at least tension nahi. Viridian ka possession date kya bol rahe hain?
Dekho, agar builder reputed hai aur financial stability hai, toh UC mein entry price ka advantage milta hai. Viridian ka 59L ka starting price bahut attractive hai, even if it's a bit far. Ready mein toh appreciation ke chances kam hote hain, you pay for convenience. But haan, research poori karni padegi, especially builder ka track record.
Sahi keh rahe ho. Ek project Baliawas mein bhi aisa hi fasa hua hai. UC mein bas EMI pe EMI dete raho aur kuch haath nahi aata.
