NRI investment in Ghaziabad feels more complicated from abroad than it seems. I'm based in Dubai, can't do site inspections easily. I'm weighing a 2BHK in Indirapuram around ₹80L against a 3BHK by Gaurs Group in Raj Nagar Extension, approx ₹1.1Cr. Ready-to-move offers immediate rental, but under-construction might appreciate more with RRTS coming up. What are the real challenges with power of attorney and finding reliable property managers for remote owners? Which option is less hassle?
