Congrats on taking the plunge! Prestige City looks amazing. My brother-in-law bought a flat from Prestige in Aavalahalli a few years back, and they delivered on time. RERA is definitely better than nothing, gives some peace of mind. Just check their RERA compliance history for this specific project.

RERA? Haha. Mere dost ne Prestige project mein book kiya tha 2018 mein, abhi tak possession nahi mila. Whitefield mein delays common hain, especially for big names. Don't trust RERA blindly, bhai.
Which Prestige project was that? Sometimes it depends on the specific project manager or approvals. Not all projects are delayed equally, but yes, 2018 se ab tak is too much.

Legal checks mein property title, all approvals (BBMP, BDA etc.), and project RERA registration number verify karna mat bhoolna. Don't just rely on the builder's word, get physical copies and cross-check.
RERA is okay, but always check builder's past projects. Prestige ka track record mixed hai, especially with timelines.
