RERA mein complaint file karna worth it hai kya for Faith Build Tech delays? Hermitage Apartment mein possession date 6 months late ho gayi. I know the legal process, but does RERA actually force builders to pay penalties for delays in Sohna? Yaar, sirf paper pe hi hai sab?

Bhai, RERA ke naam pe toh sab theek lagta hai, but ground reality alag hai. Faith Build Tech ka toh koi track record hi nahi hai, zero projects dikha raha hai
