Is RERA just for show in Bangalore property?

Okay I'll say what no one says — RERA is mostly paperwork, not real protection. Bangalore mein Prestige City ya Keya Homes projects dekh raha hoon. Everyone checks RERA registration, but builder ka actual legal track record? Past delays, OC issues — RERA complaints kitne effective hain? I'm upgrading from 2BHK. Yeh legal risks ROI pe kitna impact karte hain? Change my mind.
