Spent the whole weekend looking at projects near Sohna Road, especially Arttech Elegant Homes Llp. I work in real estate, but buying for myself is a different game, yaar. Everyone glorifies RERA, but seriously, kitne log actually verify registration number? I've seen builders with registrations, but timelines are vague. Mera real concern hai ki builder-buyer agreement mein RERA clauses kitne effective hain. Off the record, bahut loopholes hote hain. Aur jab builder delay karta hai, like JMS The Nation, RERA complaints ka kya scene hai? Is it effective ya sirf paperwork? Log bolte hain RERA protection deta hai, but real legal options for delayed possession kya hain? My gut says resolution is super slow. Can we rely on it? Change my mind.
