Is RERA really protecting Bengaluru property investors?

Okay I'll say what no one says – RERA is mostly just on paper for us investors. Just got possession of my Son Aavya Homes flat from Urban Realty Venture. Everyone talks about checking RERA registration, but honestly, verifying *actual* builder compliance and title clarity is way harder. I spent months on due diligence, felt like a detective. Many buyers skip this till it's too late. Is RERA truly effective when disputes arise, or is it just a feel-good registration? Change my mind.
