Builders like ACE Group have new launches, but secondary market deals seem more flexible. Kya resale mein negotiation margin zyada hota hai, ya builders ab bhi spot discounts dete hain? Also, for an investor, are floor-rise premium and PLC really worth the extra cost? Mera main goal ROI hai, so every rupee counts. What's your take on secondary market for value?

U1, spot discounts are rare now, especially for good projects. Builders usually offer 'payment plan flexibility' ya 'free amenities' ke naam pe kuch. Genuine price cut toh resale mein
