So, what did you decide? Did you find a buyer?
Overall, ATS Greens is a safe bet for resale, but do your due diligence and don't expect miracles. The market is unpredictable.
Sector 150 is definitely the place to be if you're looking for good resale value. The area is well-planned and has good connectivity.
If you are looking for a quick sale, you might have to compromise on the price. But if you are not in a hurry, you can wait for the right buyer.
Before you make any decision, get the property valued by a professional. This will give you a realistic idea of its current market value.
Also, compare the resale value with other similar properties in the area. This will help you determine if you are getting a fair price.
One thing I learned is that the builder matters a lot, but so does the society. Active RWA = better maintained property = higher resale.
Totally agree yaar! A good RWA can make a huge difference. They keep the place clean and organized.
Be careful! My friend bought in ATS One Hamlet and faced a lot of issues with the builder. Delayed possession and poor customer service.
Haan yaar, customer service is often a problem with these big builders. They don't care once they've got your money.
I'm also thinking of selling my property in ATS Greens. What kind of price are you expecting? It will give me an idea of the current market rate.
Don't forget to factor in the stamp duty and registration charges when calculating your resale value. These things can eat into your profits.
ATS infrastructure quality is generally good, but check for seepage issues and plumbing problems before you buy or sell. These are common in older apartments.
I bought in ATS Village 5 years ago. Construction quality is good, no major complaints. Resale value has appreciated, but not as much as I expected. Sector 93A is becoming saturated.
Don't just go by the name. I know someone who bought in ATS Dolce and is still fighting for possession. Check everything thoroughly before making a decision.
Possession mila kya? That's the biggest headache with many builders in Noida.
Which sector are you looking at? Sector 150 is doing well because of the connectivity and new metro line extension. Resale rates are pretty high there.
ATS Greens is a good brand, but resale value also depends on the current market conditions. With interest rates rising, things are a bit uncertain.
My experience with ATS has been good so far. Quality is good, and the amenities are well-maintained. Resale value is decent, but not exceptional.
ATS Green toh naam hi kaafi hai. Construction quality wise they are generally good, but resale really depends on the sector and specific project. Which one are you talking about?
Exactly! Sector matters a lot. ATS Village resale is different from ATS One Hamlet. Location, location, location!
Downsizing? Lucky you! I'm stuck with a 4BHK I can barely afford now. As for ATS, I've heard mixed things too. Check their RERA registration and see if there are any pending complaints.
Construction quality is decent, but their maintenance is a killer. Resale value in ATS Greens projects is generally good, especially in sectors like 93A and 150, but depends on the specific project and age of the property.
Bhai, ATS Greens projects are generally considered premium. Resale value should be decent, but don't expect a killing. Market is a bit slow right now.
