Is resale value of ATS Greens projects good?

Been thinking a lot about resale value since kids have moved out and I'm downsizing. Heard mixed things about ATS Greens. It's nice but will I get a good price if I sell in 5-7 years? Resale of existing property is key. Don't want something that won't sell. Also, how about maintenance costs long term? Heard some societies charge a lot. Anyone had experience selling in ATS societies? Any other builders to consider for good resale in Noida?
