Is Resi Home Infra a safe bet in TechZone IV?

I'm thinking TechZone IV mein Resi Home Infra project. Seen some good deals, but under-construction hai. Heard mixed reviews about possession delays in Noida Extension. Rental yield bhi dekhna hai. Should I stick to ready-to-move in Noida? Investment safe rahega kya? Koi advice do.
