Is Rise Organic Ghar's premium really justified?

₹1.45 Cr for a 3BHK at Rise Organic Ghar feels steep, no? I'm currently in a 2BHK and thinking of upgrading, but honestly, iska premium justified hai? Everyone glorifies amenities, but are they actually useful day-to-day? Is it genuinely a good home, ya bas on paper acha lagta hai? Disagree? Tell me why.
