Been tracking Ghaziabad property for almost a year now, and it's tough when you're based in Dubai. I'm considering River Vrindavan Green, since it's a completed project, which helps with remote investment. But I'm skeptical about its capital appreciation potential now. Is the rental yield actually good for a project like this, or are brochure numbers just projections? My main concern is the investor-to-end-user ratio. A ghost society would be a nightmare for rental management. What's the ground reality there? Disagree? Tell me why.

Haan yaar, NRI investment mein yehi darr rehta hai. Ghaziabad mein appreciation ka kya scene hai waise? Completed project hai toh immediate rent milna chahiye, par ghost society ka point valid hai, especially for remote investment.
Sahi kaha, appreciation Ghaziabad mein thoda slow hai as compared to Noida ya Gurgaon. But connectivity improve ho rahi hai, toh maybe long term mein fayda ho. Still, rental income is the main concern.
