Is S R Sukhavas amenity delivery realistic?

Since January I've been shortlisting flats in Mohali. I'm upgrading from my 2BHK, eyeing S R Sukhavas Residences. Do their promised amenities deliver? Is that premium justified for future resale and tenant attraction? Already have a home loan.
