Since January I've been shortlisting flats in this city, totally fed up with renting. My landlord hiked the rent again, so the EMI vs rent math pushed me to finally take the plunge. We're seriously looking at Salcon The Verandas; the ₹16.65 Cr price tag is a massive jump for us. I'm wondering if it's genuinely good for daily living, or if it just looks great on paper. Are the amenities, like the gym and clubhouse, actually well-maintained and useful? I saw some photos, but you know, actual resident experience is key. Also, what’s the community vibe like? Is it friendly or more isolated? And how are the neighbourhood schools and markets? Any insights on the overall quality of life there would be super helpful.
