Is Sattva Lake Ridge's 3BHK layout family-efficient?

My lease ends in 4 months and I'm stressing about our next home. Thinking about Sattva Lake Ridge's 3BHKs. Are the floor plans genuinely efficient for a growing family? I'm worried about carpet area usability and daily convenience with kids. Does the layout feel cramped or open enough?
