Budget finalised, loan pre-approved – now looking at 3BHKs in Saket. Upgrading from a 2BHK. Heard a tip that secondary market properties, especially near Geeta Colony, allow way more negotiation than new builds. Anyone confirm this for Delhi? How much can you really knock off?

Haan bhai, this is exactly what I've been hearing! Saket mein new projects ka price toh touchwood hai, but secondary market mein lagta hai thoda scope hai. Geeta Colony toh thoda door hai, but even in South Delhi, kitna expect kar sakte hain negotiation? Like 5-10% ya zyada?
Bhai, 5-10% toh minimum hai agar seller genuine hai aur thoda pressure mein hai. My friend got 12% off in Vasant Kunj for
