Budget finalised, loan pre-approved — now stuck on which sector. I work in real estate but buying for myself is a whole different ball game, yaar. Everyone talks about 'deals' in Gurugram, especially Golf Course Ext. Road. But honestly, kitna negotiation possible hai on new properties? Builders like M3M ya Signature Global, they don't budge much, right? I'm seeing 2-3% max. And the hidden costs, like PLC ya IFMS, just add up. Secondary market mein I feel better negotiation scope hai, maybe 5-7% off. What's your experience? Change my mind.
