Is Sector 104's daily life still a struggle, ya settled down?

Everyone talks about Dwarka Expressway's potential but no one properly discusses the actual daily grind of living in Sector 104. I'm looking at a 3BHK there, around ₹1.8 Cr, but confused about the ground reality. Is it still too much construction noise, ya the area is settling down now? My office is in Cyber City, so daily commute ka kya scene hai? Traffic nightmare hota hai kya? Honestly not sure if the investment potential in 3-5 years will match the current hype. Change my mind?

Bhai, 1.8 Cr for 3BHK in Sector 104? Thoda zyada nahi lag raha? Abhi bhi bahut under construction hai udhar, pura dust aur noise ka mahaul hoga.

U1, actually 1.8 Cr for a decent 3BHK is becoming the norm for good projects there, especially for 1500+ sq ft. What's your expected price per sq ft? Also, what about the water supply situation in those areas,
