₹1.2 crore for a 3BHK in Sector 150 seems a bit much, but my wife really wants good schools nearby. We've seen projects by Godrej and ATS, but honestly, the prices are steep. With the Jewar Airport coming up, everyone says Greater Noida is hot. Is this just hype or will it stabilize for families like ours? I need a safe, long-term home, not just an investment flip. What about areas like Sector 137 or even Noida Extension for better value? Kids' safety and school quality are top priority. Should I wait?

Yaar, I'm also a first-time buyer and facing the same dilemma. ₹1.2 Cr for Sec 150 feels like a lot, especially when you compare it to what you get in Noida Extension. Schools are important, agreed, but is that premium truly justified or just builder hype because of Jewar? Lagta hai sab bas airport ke naam pe price badha rahe hain.
