Two years ago I'd have laughed at these prices. I'm so fed up of renting, landlord raised rent again yaar. Finally taking the plunge in Noida Extension, eyeing Sector 156. But these brokers... sab bolte hain best deal dilwayenge. I'm looking at a 3BHK, budget around ₹1.5Cr. Builders like Bhoodhan Developer are showing flats. Meri query hai ki broker ke through jaana sahi hai ya direct builder se baat karein? Kya broker sach mein better deal nikalwa sakte hain, ya unka commission add ho jata hai? Last time ek broker ne toh kuch hidden charges bhi nahi bataye the. How much can we realistically negotiate on price in Sector 156? Any experiences with Bhoodhan Developer and their sales team? Need to maximize ROI.
