Budget finalised, loan pre-approved — now stuck on which sector. Sector 24C looks great, but Monsoon mein waterlogging ka kya haal rehta hai? Also, civic cleanliness aur stray dogs ka issue kitna bada hai? Builders don't talk about these ground realities. I work in real estate, but buying for myself is different. Change my mind.

Bhai, 24C ka naam sunte hi waterlogging ki image aati hai dimag mein. My friend bought there last year, Monsoon mein uski car doobte doobte bachi. Drainage system pura choked rehta hai. Aur stray dogs ka toh poora gang ghoomta hai raat ko, especially near the main market. Iss budget mein why not look at something slightly further, like parts of Mullanpur Garibdass? Thoda peace of mind toh milega.
