Is Sector 24C's premium just hype for long-term gains?
₹1.2 crore for a 3BHK in Sector 24C – seriously, is this the new normal? I'm currently in a 2BHK in Sector 34, thinking of upgrading, but this price jump for 24C feels wild. Everyone praises its central location, but what about the actual investment angle? Honestly, I feel like Sector 24C is overrated for investment now. Appreciation seems saturated, yaar. Naye areas like New Chandigarh mein toh growth potential zyada lagta hai with the airport road connectivity. Yahan toh rentals bhi 2-4% hi hain, ROI itna khaas nahi lagta. Am I missing something big? For that kind of money, I'd expect better long-term appreciation, especially compared to the Mohali IT City developments. Also, food scene aur general markets ka kya scene hai? Is it worth the premium for daily convenience, or is it just old charm? Change my mind, I want to be convinced. Has anyone seen actual good appreciation here in the last 3-5 years?
