Is Sector 29's 2BHK pricing just builder drama?

₹85 lakh for a 2BHK in Sector 29? Honestly, I think builders just drama karte hain negotiation ka. They quote high, then give a 'discount' jo bas unka original price hota hai. Orris Infrastructure bhi yahi kar raha hai. Spot discounts are a myth, yaar, bas feel special karwane ke liye. Real negotiation, like 5-7% off the actual base price, isn't happening. Change my mind.
