Is Sector 35 Noida overhyped for NRI investment?
Is Sector 35 Noida actually a smart investment for NRIs right now, ya phir overhyped hai? I'm based in Dubai, can't easily do site visits. Everyone talks about Noida's growth, but current 3BHK prices, around ₹1.5 Cr, seem high for older properties. Mera budget ₹1.8 Cr tak hai, but I need solid ROI. Will it appreciate enough in 3-5 years? Jewar Airport is quite far. Rental demand bhi utni strong hai kya for older buildings? Honestly, I'm more worried about legal clarity. For an absentee owner, properties with land disputes ya construction issues are a huge no-go. How clean are titles for independent houses or older builder floors? Finding a reliable property manager for an NRI is another headache. Legal risks for absentee owners are often ignored. Change my mind.
