Spent the whole Sunday checking out options in Sector 36A. Paras Buildtech's prices feel a bit high, honestly, even for the area. Saw a 3BHK for ₹1.6 Cr, my budget is around ₹1.5 Cr max. Is there any room for price correction in areas like Sector 36A, or is this the new normal for Gurgaon? Also, for an investor, what are typical stamp duty and registration costs I should factor in beyond the quoted price? My parents keep saying waiting might get a better deal.
