Is Sector 37 really safe for young professionals?

Honestly, I'm kinda stressed out about this whole home buying thing in Greater Noida. Everyone glorifies new townships like Noida Extension, but nobody talks about the actual ground reality of established areas. My parents keep pushing Sector 37, bolte hain "established hai, peaceful hai." But is it really that safe at night, especially for a single person? Independent house setup hai wahan, flats waali proper security toh nahi hogi na, with guards and all? And metro connectivity ka kya scene hai? Aqua Line se kitna door padega? Last mile connectivity bhi matter karti hai. Noida Golf Course nearby sounds nice for green space, but does it justify the "upscale" tag and potential lack of modern security? I feel people just assume older areas are better without checking current ground reality. Maybe newer sectors with gated communities are actually safer and more convenient now for someone like me?
